I recently stayed at The Continentti Whitefield for the second time and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a good ambiance and amenities. However, I encountered a disappointing situation with Mr. Aftab, the reception manager. His treatment was less than satisfactory, and I found it to be quite unpleasant. Despite the positive aspects of my stay, this encounter has led me to give the hotel a one-star rating. I hope for an apology from Mr. Aftab to address the miscommunication and mistreatment during my visit Additionally, I would like to suggest implementing an escalation point of contact for guests to provide feedback directly. Having a dedicated channel for constructive criticism could help enhance communication and allow guests to share their experiences more openly. I believe these improvements can contribute to an even better guest experience at continentti Hotel.

It’s great place to stay. It is 2 min away from main road yet very peaceful and silent. The staff is very helpful. The service is very good and will exceed your expectations. Superb rooms and great persons they will help you if u not well alsoo

Room was quite good. House keeping staff Ashiq, Mitthun are very humble and supportive. Kundan and Apoorva both are cook and makes delicious food. Singh ji is in security is a ons stop shop who helped me in searching my rented accommodation. Nice hospitality by team The Continentee. All the best guys. I will visit for food again.

It was better than lot of OYO rooms out there. Peaceful place. Maybe the room I had was not having any open windows so sometimes I felt boxed feeling othar than that everything else good. Mr. Singh from reservation really helped with early check-in so overall satisfied with staying here.

Booked this hotel for my parents and sister when they visited bangalore. Good location. Quiet but still close to the main road. The Rooms were huge but weirdly equipped; there was only one towel provided, matress for a third person but no cot was provided. The service is pretty shambolic. Many reasonable requests were agreed to but forgotten, even after multiple reminders. I'd say that this probably used to be a good hotel before, but it has certainly gone downhill as of late. Wouldn't waste my money here, there are many better options closeby.

Highly Disapponting from restaurant facility. I was here for my visit and stayed for 3 nights. For first 2 day I had dinner and breakfast included for 1 extended day had only breakfast included. The last day I ordered food and asked restraunt staff to pack 4 slice of bread so that I can take along since I wont be available tommorow for breakfast as had to leave early. They didn't provided and while leaving during check out they asked me to pay last night dinner I was okay to pay. But when i said you dont provide requested breakfast and even not compensating on dinner they said we cant you had to pay this and since you are leaving no breakfast also. There should be certain understanding only money making is target. When comes in terms of facility kettle has deposits on base. Small cockroaches in room. When paying nearly 2200 for a day opt better.

We stayed for one night in Room # 105, 106& 110. Experience is superb Mr. Singh is exceptionally warm and thoroughly aware of his job responsibilities and very upfront. I wish him and all staff all the best. Haroon Ansari
